PM Modi Becomes the India’s First PM to Receive France’s Highest Award

Prime Minister Modi is currently on a visit to France and has been awarded France’s highest honor ‘Grand Cross of the Legion of Honor’. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the first Indian Prime Minister to receive this honour. Let us tell you that France’s highest honor ‘Legion of Honor’ is given only to selected prominent leaders and eminent personalities from all over the world.

Prior to France’s highest honor Legion of Honour, first former President of South Africa Nelson Mandela, then the Prince of Wales, King Charles, former Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, former United Nations Secretary General Boutros and also many eminent personalities have been honored with this reward.

Dinner Organized in Owner

Earlier, a private dinner was organized in honor of Prime Minister Modi at the Elysee Palace in France. The Elysee Palace is the official residence of the President of France. French President Emmanuel Macron warmly received PM Modi. PM Modi also honored the people of the Indian community here. PM Modi said that the land of India is witnessing a big change.
